Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at georgetta@georgettascreations.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
